1. General Purchase Stipulations
As a foundational operating policy at Petcozeo, all finalized transactions are deemed definitive. We do not provide standard returns or traditional exchanges due to a change of mind or subjective preferences. The sole exceptions to this regulation are instances where the delivered item exhibits a verified production flaw or if our logistics center accidentally distributed an incorrect product.
2. Handling Flawed Items and Shipment Errors
We take great pride in the premium craftsmanship and resilience of our pet supplies. If your order lands in a damaged state, showcases a structural defect, or does not match your original receipt, your immediate action should be to inform our helpdesk. We are fully committed to collaborating with you to secure a just and satisfactory remedy.
Customers must inspect their packages promptly upon receipt and log a formal notification within seven (7) calendar days from the official timestamp of delivery.

3. Financial Refund Procedures
If a financial credit (either partial or complete) is determined to be the correct path for your validated claim, the approved funds will be transferred directly back to the original funding source used during your purchase. Please expect a standard transactional timeline of 7 to 12 business days for the reversal to be officially documented on your account statement. Be advised that specific credit posting schedules depend entirely upon your personal banking institution or card issuer.
4. Product Exchange Limitations
Petcozeo does not offer a standard exchange framework (such as switching an item for an alternative color, size, or style). We exclusively provide direct duplicates for pet essentials that arrive verifiably broken or defective, subject entirely to the validation of a formal support claim.
5. Unauthorized Return Shipments
We strongly caution against returning any physical items to our global storage locations without receiving express, written authorization and specific mailing instructions from our client care agents. To be eligible for any compensatory resolution, you are strictly required to register a formal request with us beforehand.
Parcels sent back to our facilities without prior communication and formal clearance will be automatically turned away. Petcozeo assumes zero liability—and will reject all claims for reimbursement or replacement—regarding unapproved incoming cargo.
